Terms and Conditions:
You must agree to the standard hire terms set out below completing your booking.
1. Damage or Loss Fee: A fee of £34.99 per headphone will be charged for any headphones that are lost or returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Extras and accessories will be charged as like for like replacement costs.
2. Failed Delivery or Collection: A charge of £25 will be applied for any failed delivery or collection attempts due to the absence of a responsible party to sign for the equipment.
3. Cleaning Charge: Headsets returned covered in glitter, glue, or similar substances will incur an excess cleaning charge of £3 per headset.
4. Order Adjustments: You may add additional headsets to your order at any time prior to the delivery date. However, once your booking is confirmed, you cannot decrease the number of headsets in your order.
5. Delivery and Collection: You or a designated representative must be present to sign for the delivery and collection of the equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is securely packaged for collection as per the instructions provided.
Payment Terms:
- Pay full balance at booking OR
- A 50% deposit is required with 7 days to secure the booking.
- The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before your event.
Failure to meet these payment terms may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund of any deposits paid.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. Below is our cancellation policy, designed to be fair to both parties:
Deposits: All deposits made to secure your booking are non-refundable. We commit resources and schedule deliveries and collections based on your booking, and the deposit ensures that these arrangements can be made confidently.
Changing the Event Date: If you need to change the date of your event, we are happy to accommodate this request free of charge, provided that more than two weeks' notice is given. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our scheduling and ensure that we can deliver the same high-quality service for your new event date. Please note, the ability to change the event date is subject to availability of our equipment for the new date requested.
Cancellations with More Than Two Weeks' Notice: If you must cancel your booking for any reason and provide us with more than two weeks' notice, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit can be refunded or credited towards a future booking within the next 12 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations with Less Than Two Weeks' Notice: For cancellations made with less than two weeks' notice, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or credit for any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. This policy is in place because it becomes increasingly difficult to allocate our resources and booking slots to other customers at short notice.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you foresee any changes to your event plans. Our team will work with you to find the best solution, whether that's rescheduling your event or discussing other options.
