What happens
Book Silent Disco
- Book Online, we will then contact you within 12 hours and confirm the booking, plus offer you the chance to add any extras.
- 50% deposit will be paid to secure the booking and the remaining balance can be paid up to 2 weeks before the event.
- You will receive instructions on using the equipment via email and a hardcopy will be supplied in the crate.
Packaging and Delivering
- We will clean and fully charge all equipment before we send it out.
- The equipment will be secured inside heavy-duty padded courier crates and sealed with security tags.
- DPD will then deliver the package before your event. You will receive a text with 1 hour delivery slot, this can be anytime between 9am & 5.30pm, so please ensure someone is home.
Plug In and Party
- Our equipment is super easy to use and comes with instructions, but please also check out the video above.
- Turn on the headphones, plug in the transmitter and you are ready to go.
- Enjoy your silent disco.
Pack Up and Collection
- Just pack all the equipment away, attach the collection notice to the crates and secure the crates with the security tags provided.
- DPD will collect between 9.00am & 5.30pm the next working day after your event.
- We will check the booking has been returned correctly and then notify you.
Packing Away at the end of hire
Packing Away
Please ensure all the contents are returned to the crate.
This includes headphones, transmitters, wires, instruction manuals and any extras such as adaptors. tablets etc.
Security Seals
Please ensure you seal the crate with the two security tags provided.
The security tags must pass through crate and lid, ensuring the crates cannot be opened.
Ready For Collection
With the crate secure, please then attach the collection label.
This should be fixed to the lid in the area indicated..
DPD will collect between 9.00am and 5.30pm the day after your event.
We will check the booking has been returned correctly and then confirm with you.
